I believe in Marlyand, all you need to have is at least 55 participants to
create an organizational plate series. Contact MVA for procedures of
organizational submission. Too late for me; my wife and I are dog fanatics
and our two pugs (Milo and Otis fame) took top billing ("PUGZ") on the car.
