PLEASE HELP, BTDT for changing the 3rd gear syncro 1988 90

Hi all, I need to get together with one of you who has changed the 3rd gear 
syncro in an 88 90 NONq....can some one help me work through it?
I have a Bently so that will help also....thanks for the help!

BTW is anyone in TX? I want to get one of you to look at a nice 89 90 in 
TX...........hoping that someone on the list is in TX
