I would think you'd be better off just turning it a hair - like 1/6 of a
turn - CW - that's to richen it unless I'm completely lost - just a tiny
bit will richen the open loop mixture and will probably be enough. 1/6
of a turn is a quite a lot on this system.
I don't think that screw has "stops" that are equal # of turns from
"center" - in fact you may even wind up removing it or something
terrible like that!
btw my memnonic for the CW/CCW was passed along to me - its the opposite
of a carburetor - picture a needle valve, CW closes it, allows less
flow, so on the CIS plate height sensor that will allow more fuel.
