Cleaning H4 Hella

Hi guys,

Just to help a fellow co-worker out, I took him to the local pick-n-pull to
get a emergency spare tire to replace the one his wife blew up after
driving on the freeway. I figured while I'm there, I'd scout out the Audi
section and what do my eyes see, but a set of H4 Hella Euro lights,
complete with the amber corner lights in very good condition! Only one
thing though, some brain donor pulled the H4 bulbs from the reflector
housing leaving big holes in the back which allowed dirt to enter.

My question is, can you clean the reflectors without messing up the
reflective coatings? Based on my experiences with flashlight reflectors,
I'm not too hopeful. At $26 each, I just had to do the deal. That would
top my 4kq's $16 instrument cluster with trip computer!

TIA,
