Can't help you with the Italian relays, but Hella makes a relay with
a blade-type fuse on it.  This is commonly sold with do-it-yourself
lighting upgrade or horn installation kits but I have also seen it
sold separately, such as from New Dimensions http://www.newdimensions.com
and other sources.
