Re: what is eurolights?

Nice car, Decsi. Is it yours?

You have the Eurolights. In North America special headlights were fitted
to the Audis. These were built to exacting DOT specifications and are
scientifically designed to consume 65 watts of power per headlight without
emitting any useful illumination. We refer to the headlights fitted in
Europe as "Eurolights" and any North American Audi owner who drives at night
wants a set whether he knows it or not.
The lenses on the Eurolights can be easily removed for replacement or
cleaning. The lenses on the DOT lights are epoxied to the reflector,
doubtless to prevent anyone tampering with the precision assembly of the
light :o)
