Try making a jumper wire that bridges terminals 30 & 87 of the fuel pump 
relay.  Pull the relay and jump the terminals in the fusebox.  Now drive 
the car.  If the problem disappears chances are the relay is bad.  If this 
is not the problem then the igition control module is probably cutting out.
