Hi Wallace;
Without removing the front strut, you can replace the strut insert and,
with a little jiggery-pokery, the rubber strut dust boot and the lower
plastic cap which secures the boot. You could also replace the top mount if
you had a burning need to do so - this comes off to install the new strut
insert.
