* The voltage regulator (new) is 14.8Volt, (std. regulator is 14Volt)

* No need for any new additional brackets, fits exactly the same way as your
old alternator did
* No more  draining the batt. with the after run fans and those "ungodly"

Hi all,

In the process of adding this ridiculous stereo to the '92 S4, I seem to
have exceeded the output of the stock alternator.

Does anyone have a source or part number for a higher output alternator? Do
these cars have the GM type alts that are readily available in many outputs?

Any info is appreciated.
