Actually, speed had nothing to do with ... the restrictor bypass was opened
up after it was installed and then snapped back into place upon removal. I
must admit that as a former racer -- which, as we all know, means "creative
cheater" -- I was suitably impressed by TTE's engineering prowess and
chutzpah.
