the best method of obtaining them is direct to the sae (custsvc@sae.org).
you do not need to be a member.  i have received a large number of parers
from this source and they have, almost without exception, arrived down-under
in excellent condition.

laws of copyright (which the sae remind you of with a large pink warning
sheet in every batchof papers), prevent me making a copy for anything other
than my own use, i'm afraid.
