Yes with about 99% probability.

I have been running cross drilled Brembos and ATE on my '89 200TQ for
several years. They solved the warpage problem for good.
I also installed a set of grooved rotors on Osman's '89 200TQ. The
current owner (Dave Head) sez they perform flawlessly as well.
