A4 1.8 TQ Auto Junker for Sale

There is a 97 A4 1.8 TQ Auto, Pearl with about 30K on the clock for sale
in St. Paul, MN. The asking price is just under $9000. It was the victim
of an under the hood fire.

I have not seen this vehicle, but a neighbor has. He was thinking of
picking it up as a project and quizzed me extensively as I have a 97 A4
1.8 TQM. Sounds as though you would need a parts car with a good front
end to make this go. The fire took out most of the plastic in the engine
compartment and may have reached through the firewall under the dash.

Anyway, my neighbor decided to pass, not having access to a parts car.
