Timing belt trouble

Hi, I just tore my 91TQ apart to install a new timing belt that I bought from 
a dealer several months ago.  It seems like it is to small, I measured it 
with the old belt and it is indeed shorter by a half inch or so.  My question 
is do the 20v's and 10v's have different length belts?  How did this dealer 
sell me a belt that was too short, I told him it was a 20v car?

Does anyone want to trade belts?
