Will a Urq compressor fit in an MC conversion?

I'm in the process of converting my '86 4kq to an MC and wanted to verify 
that I can keep the A/C if I use a Urq compressor and mounting bracket. 
 Would this fit without modifications to the radiator?  I'm not sure how 
the Urq compressor is different than the MC compressor, so I can't tell 
myself.  Could someone out there give me some advice?  Thanks in advance.
