Team Information for December Stages Rally

Dear Competitors and Spectators,

For all overseas competitors and spectators, who would like to
Compete/Spectate  the 1999 JMC/ESSO Stages rally here in Jamaica this
December 4th & 5th , please provide the following information for
airline, shipping and hotel purposes:

1    Number of people in Team/Group (Driver, Co-Driver, Mechanic, etc.),
an airline is willing to look at flying all persons associated with the
Rally as ONE LARGE GROUP, lots of discount, earlier we book the better.

2    Where would each person be travelling from? ( New York, London,
Gottenburg?)

3    Best/Nearest port for Sea Freight. ( we are presently looking at
shipping out of Miami, USA; U.K.; Europe and maybe South America),
please keep in mind, for customs purposes, we need to have the car on
Jamaican soil by Tuesday, 23rd November. Are you also looking at
shipping a service vehicle also? please indicate.

4    How long do you want to stay in Jamaica, we are looking at doing
Scrutineering and the drivers meeting on Friday 3rd, and Prizegiving on
the Monday 6th. How many rooms and how long.are you staying in Jamaica.
Would you like to do other things, play golf, sightseeing? please let me
know

5    Type of Car ( for potential local sponsorship), please indicate any
major modifications.

6    Who are your present sponsors? will try to hook you up with the
local agents.
