That's Joe Rae... and there weren't any swimsuits involved, just
some strategically placed carbon fiber... sometimes...
(It was actually an infamous german auto parts catalog.)

For those that have a good memory, Joe was the one who's computer
once posted an 'inappropriate' web site to the list.  He claimed
innocence that time too.
