I took the seat out and started to remove the leather cover, but
once I saw several wires and more than one heating element I realized it
would be unlikely that all the elements are bad. \

One wire set goes to the thermostat element in the seat bottom. That could
malfunction and disable both the seat back & seat bottom elements.
