"Sound bad" is an understatement!  This is a true definition of a
monkey lad mechanic and he has screwed up your car big time.
He obviously doesn't know what he is doing.  I hope you can
get your money back and some compensation on top of that.  I
certainly wouldn't take the car back to this guy.  I suggest
yaking the car to someone who really know about these cars,
to check what damage, if any, did the monkey lad inflict on
the engine, and then reverse all the other hack job he did to it.

Argh.
