Seriously, if you want speed in an Audi, it has to be a turbo (or a 20-v
or V6).  Cheapest route: trade your 4KQ for an older, high mileage 5KTQ.
Values are similar. 

Otherwise, just keep your 4KQ "as is" and buy a fast beater... or just
be content that "faster" is not necessarily "better". You can make your
4kq faster, but at the expense of driveability, reliability, economy,
and, of course, expense!
