I-95 between Quantico and Potomac Mills any Friday night after 6pm. The Jr. 
Jarheads pour out of USMCB Quantico headed for the nightlife in DC. There 
hasn't been a cop on that stretch at that time for years. I can do 80 through 
there on my way home from a business call in Richmond with impunity cause I'm 
moving so slow compared to some of those guys in their ricerockets.
