Try rotating the piston with a pair of mole grips being careful not to tear the seal, you can also try and compress the piston with a G clamp.

Does anyone have one of these that they are willing to lend or rent to me.

Zelenda is out and my wife's Jetta GLX is out of commission until I can
compress and reset the rear caliper pistons.  The tool compresses and turns
simultaneously.

Any other BTDTs would be appreciated.
