RE: Bad O2 sensor / high fuel consumption?
I have used Synta Gold for a while now it's good stuff.
Funny on the mileage thing, I find exactly the same thing 400 miles per tank on either the 100 or my Coupe Q, odd very odd.
Decided to bite the bullet and do the front A arm bushes and all the roll bar ones as well in an effort to rid of the judder, it's strange because when you accelerate at 60mph it goes away and then decelerate to 60mph it comes back, i.e. it changes with the attitude of the front of the car.

Iain

Standard UK Mobil 1 is 0w40, 15w50 is available as Mobil 1 Motorsport
probably at an inflated price. Halfords again. Don't bother with it. Go to
your Audi dealer and buy the VAG recommended Quantum oil. Quantum Silver is
a semi-synthetic, Gold is fully synth and the correct weight for Ur
quattros. And its cheaper by far. 4 litres Mobil 1 is close on GBP30, 5
litres Quantum Gold is less than GBP20.
About fuel consumption, seems that I use a tank of fuel every 400 miles no
matter which Audi I drive...ok, so the tank in my Ur-q is 19 gallons and the
one in the Coupe GT is smaller, but its still a tankful in either car....!
