Get the cluster out of the car (holler for more help here) and you'll see
a worm gear that doesn't meet with another round gear. Pop that round
gear back into place and glue it down, pin it down, or whatever.
Reinstall. BTDT.

I didn't think you could really visually inspect a timing belt. Sure, one
that is _really_ bad will look it. As far as I know, the I5 in the 4kq is
NON interference. Ie. valves will be ok when the belt lets go. Others
may disagree, but I have it first hand from another lister that had his
belt let go at WOT at 4krpms+ and it was fine.
