Enough of My Stupid Jokes!

Fellow Auto Unionists,

It's been a long time, but I'm back with some real Audi questions.  First
off, my `85 4kq is making strange vacuum leak-like noises when I shift
into either 3rd or 5th.  I have, for the life of me, no idea what it
could be!  I don't think it's normal, so that's why I'm asking for help. 
Also, my shocks are finally wearing out.  Yea!!!  That gives me an excuse
to buy up-rated ones and lower my car an inch or two.  The thing is I now
have 15 X 6.5 rims on my car.  They are the stock flat faced rims that
came on 90's and 100's, I believe.  The tires are 195/55 VR 15 Dunlop SP
Sport W-10's.  Can I drop the car 40 or 60mm without my tire's rubbing?  

One more thing:  I'm starting a webpage of Audi's in San Diego.  Anyone
interested in lending me some pics of your cars?  (Remember to erase the
Lic. plate!)  The page is still in its infancy, so when I get something
interesting on it I'll give out the address.  It is my first webpage, so
I want to put in a lot of work on it before I have the world make fun of
