Re: hello



Mark what does it take to fix a tranny that grinds going into 3rd gear?
I now have 3 88 audis and all 3 of them have this 3rd gear 
problem.....HELP!!!
EVERYONE that I talk to says, OH, NO, audi trannys last FOREVER, that it is 
not a common thing to happen....hmmmm, why is it that I have 3 and they are 
ALL doing it???
the mileage is as follows:
88 80q 147k
88 90  135k
88 90q 180k
please help me the make the repairs not so expensive, I will do ANYTHING on 
my cars as far as fixing them goes, I am not scared to take a tranny apart 
;)
can you help?
