The list seems to be divided on whether to diy with a vice or pay someone to install. Thanks for the tip on the bolt, I may even replace with new and nuts etc.

I pressed mine in with a relatively small bench vise. I used a threaded rod 
and lathed bushings to push the old ones out. It was difficult but not 
impossible. Upon installation I still had a clunk at the front that drove me 
carzy trying to isolate. It ended up being the bolts that attach the 
A-arm/control arm to the sub-frame. Make _certain_ the shaft of the bolt is 
the same diameter as the threaded portion.
