After run relay questions...

I need to replace the relay that allows the radiator fan on my 87 4kcsq to run after the car has 
been shut down. I think Mr. Bentley calls it a "control unit" and its located under the dash on 
the driver's side. I recently replaced the relay wiring (it was partially melted) and was 
wondering if the PO had put the wrong !#$%*& relay in. The toasted one I have has P/N 443 955 532A 
Is this correct?? 

Does this relay allow the fan to run a two speeds while the car is running. I'm pretty sure that 
my fan only runs at one speed now...
