What you have is the replacement cover, they are MUCH better than factory
supplied covers.  I changed the one on the 5KS years ago, the replacement
still looks new.  The part number you gave is for the front plenum cover
for a 5KS or 44 style body.  There are difference covers depending on
standard equipment.  Since they all have AC here in the states, I think
they end in a "G".  There is a different style cover for Canadian and
Euro 5K's without A/C, I know this for a fact because when I replaced
mine I was first sent the incorrect one without the proper bulges for the
A/C equipment.  

When you install it on your car, I'd recomment cutting a slit in the
cover for the wiper arm, saves ALOT of time whenever you have to pull the
cover off to check something.  Don't remember what I paid, but it wasn't
as cheap as you got it!
