quick fix is to prime with "Rust Fix", turns rust black and renders it
sort of inert.  Worked nicely on my engine block.

I wouldn't waste time sandblasting unknown quality calipers, but yes, a
body shop, or stand alone operation.  Look in yellow pages?  Don't know
what under...

PS brake parts should be white.
