Bryan,

My clutch disengages the cruise very high in its travel, so I would
bet that you have already diagnosed the problem.  Try driving with
your left foot holding up the clutch pedal and see if the cruise will
engage then.  If so, there you are, just figure out why the clutch
pedal ain't coming back up fully...
