It should (might) be CIS-E.  won't be III.  -E has aluminum fuel
distributor, plain CIS, a black painted steel (iron?) one.

I wire brushed mine off and painted them.  Junkyard might be good
source.  Dealer could probably sell you drop in replacements, I've never
priced them. remember to use all new (lots of!) crush washers.
