<Misc Audi Part> for sale on ebay...

... I don't know if I'm the only one that feels this way, but I must say the
I would certainly appreciate it if the posts about things available on ebay
would go away ... especially if they are posts by the seller! If you've got
a part to sell and you want to post the fact to the list, then post it up
with an asking price and be done with it ... or send it in to be included on
the qlist marketplace. I would imagine that almost everyone on the qlist is
very aware of the availability of Audi-related items on ebay, so if you put
it up for auction there you should expect that a good percentage of the
qlist is aware of it. As Tom Nas (and my wife :) can surely attest, I've
picked up a lot of stuff there myself ...

I just remember some time back there was some sort of link between the qlist
homepage and "epage" or some such. It was possible to offer things for sale
there and have them easily viewed from the q-list homepage. It sure seems
to me that something like this could cure any problems with latency of
marketplace page updates and might even reduce the number of ads posted to
the list. As I recall you could even activate a notification service that
would automatically e-mail you when something in a particular category was
placed up for sale.
