Clutch Bleeding

I just bought a used copy of the Bentley manual for my '88 90q. The
figures of the clutch hydraulic system show no bleed valve on the
clutch master cylinder. I also got input from another lister who
"thought" there was no valve on the master cyl.

Anybody have any thoughts on why 20v.org's brake maintenance page
stresses that you have to bleed the clutch master cyl first or else you
will "never be able to bleed all 4 wheel cyl"? From Bentley, the
master cyl is upstream of the slave cyl and bleeding the slave cyl will
get both of them. 20v.org says to bleed the slave cyl last, after all
4 calipers. If there is any merit to their concern, the slave/master
cyl should be bleed first.

Could this mean that there is erroneous information on the web? Should
I return the GS27, Pocket Fisherman, EagleEye sunglasses, and the Banjo
Minnows I just ordered?
