Chris

If you look on the bottom of your bumper will see two round covers,
one on each side.  Pop these covers and you will see a Hex head bold
about 5 inches long.  Take these two bolts out and the bumper will
come off.  It will then be easy to take of the aluminum brace on the
back of the a bumper cover.  This is how the bumper is attached on a
87 5000TQ and it should be the same on the 86.
