Extrude Hone on an Intake Manifold?

I know this topic just came up on the list, but the consensus seemed to be
that some sort of polishing or honing was good.  I called up Jet-Hot and
found out that they don't coat the inside of intake manifolds anymore.
They gave some odd reasons but it sounded like their methods didn't coat
the entire inside properly.  I looked at Extrude Hone's website
(www.extrudehone.com) and after a bit of searching found a not so
current price sheet for Intake Manifold work.  Prices seemed steep.  They
ranged from $200-800!!  Anybody done this to an intake manifold??  Is it
worth it?
