Agreed ... however, this tends to be less so when there's a big plenum and a 
couple of turns between the throttle body and intake valve.  Still, my 
findings do make me wonder about Audi's quality control since a 5-degree 
variation appears to be quite a lot when only 90 degrees is involved.
