20V turbo in B4 90q, Anyone done it?

I am toying with the idea of swaping my V6 for a 20V turbo from a S4/S6, the 
V6 twin turbo would be sweet but much too much money.  Has anyone done this 
conversion?  I was told the motor will bolt in direct, is this true?  Would 
I need a different trany?  Would the wiring be a mess of straight foward?  
Finally are there any sources for these used motors?
