A4 Pricing sanity check

Hey all,
  My brother is about to purchase the following A4 for his wife, at a price
of $27.9k.  Having not actually followed the A4 pricing, I'm curious if he's
getting a fair deal, or if he's getting burned?  This is from a NH dealer.
 
A4 1.8t Quattro
Sport suspension package
Cold weather package (bun warmers :)
Hybiscus red/Gray leatherette interior
Sunroof
Multifunction Trip computer
A/C 
Triptronic Automatic  (Standard would have been cool but she "said"
Automatic)
Standard AM/FM Cassette with controls for the CD-changer (no changer
included)
