Yup.  It's a pretty easy job.  Remove the three screws that hold the long,
black plastic cover over the steering column.  Behind that there are three
or four phillips screws that hold the instrument cluster in.  Remove those
and the cluster slides right out.  You can disconnect all of the connectors
fairly easily if you want to pull the whole thing out.  It helps to move
your steering wheel as low and as far out as possible.
