mystery part

Thanks to everyone who responded to my mystery part query.  After checking all pins and clips, and discovering they were all there, I remembered that as I was removing my clutch master cylinder a few weeks ago, it disintegrated.  So I checked, and the part seems to have come from my old clutch master cylinder.  "How embarassing", as Charlie Brown would say.  Still nice to know my brakes will continue to work.

Oh, and I guess by now everyone has noticed that the Happy 99 virus was appended to the last digest.  Don't open it.  Although it's probably too late for that at this point...
