Upper Strut Mounts

Just took the struts apart on the rear of my 84 4KQ with 228K on the
originals (I would never have done this, I just bought the car of the 2nd
owner) and the upper strut caps are extremely rusty (Wisconsin winter
salt!).  Does anyone know where replacements can be had?  If I am going
through the trouble of changing everything else out, this would be a perfect
way to start this Audi's race to another 228K!
