Michael,

There are two phillips screws behind the licence plate.
Than on the inside of the trunk lid there are two 8mm nuts on both sides of the
tail/reverse lights combos (4 all together).
Than all that's holding it is some automotive sealant, so some force may be
required to peel it off.
