Brendan, it had been in storage for a few years when I got a hold of it.  
Everything rubber had to be replaced.  I still had to spend a boatload of 
money to get it on the road, but I only paid $900.00 for it to start.  Am I a 
fool for having $5000 in a car that could maybe be sold for $2500?  No, 
because if I can get 100k more miles out of it, it's a nickel per mile.  You 
can't walk that inexpensively!
