K24 oil + torque specs

Hi all,

I had to dissasemble my brand new K24 turbo so I could send the housing
out to be Jet Hot coated, and I noticed there is a reddish oil that is on
the hot side of the turbo.  Is this just packing lube to keep things from
rusting or is thiis something I have to worry about replacing when I put
it together again?  Also, what are the torque specs for the hot side and
cold side bolts that hold the housing together?
