An off the cuff answer may not be useful, but...

The only version of that p/n I see in the current AofA MSRP guide would be,
020-301-189T, with a whopping list of 3.95$

Does your seal have dimensional numbers on it?(it should) I ask 'cause the 
020 trans used in ole Rabbit/Scirocco has a final drive seal 020-301-189F 
with a dimension of 36x58x15mm.

Summation, it's dirt cheap anyhow, if you can't ID it, pitch it.
