Sumbling Idle

I have a stumbling idle at hard decelleration. It hits idle and the
engine surges once or twice then evens out. I have checked the fuel
shut-off and it works properly. The DPR is running a normal current when
the OXS is running. When the OXS isn't warmed up I see a very low current
running to the DPR. I would assume this means the mixture is too low,
regularly in a new engine the current should run around 2mA, mine runs at
0.8mA when OXS not active(cold engine or disconnected). This stumbling at
idle could be a low mixture then the OXS picking the slack up. I just had
the mixture checked about two months ago and had it set to 1.2%. DPR
surrent ran 2.2mA, which is perfect. Why would my mixture setting keep
changing? There is no lean mixture code. I have had the mixture tuned at
least 7 times over a two year period, this seems a little strange.

Thanks!
