Sure ... and every nut and bolt they use comes directly from Audi and not the 
local industrial supply house?  If it were me, I'd have thrown a hissy fit on 
the spot in the face of an attitude like this.  Of course, the odds of my 
ever darkening the doorway of an Audi dealer's service department (or parts 
counter) with my shadow are pretty remote...
