Tom,

Yes, it sounds like it.  Fixed my '93 90S right up.  I'd take it to
a pro since you need a special wrench and they're a bitch to loosen
even with the wrench.

My symptoms were a 10 second power loss about 30-40 seconds after
starting up, worse when cold.
