Looking for a cheep 4KQ in the Bay area

Well the subject says it all.  My little brother is about to start driving
and he wants a 4KQ, like me.

Here are the requirements:
    Good condition for the price that is paid.
    Be in the California Bay area.  We do not really have the funds to shop
else where
    That is about it.
He has about 2000$.

Any body out there that can help find me one?
